The closes answer i came upon to was that you need to have a license to own a fennec fox.

Ask your local humane society. They should have that info.

From this site it sounds like a difficult process to get a hold of one in this state.

And no that you need my two cents, but fennecs make terrible pets. D: They may be the tamest fox, and they may be small, but it doesn't make them any less wild as animals. (As with most exotic pets)

haha well we do have 2 extra rooms, but ya you right they are still a wild animal. I wanted a pet deer but thats not going to happen. And yes if i get one ill let you play with it. :3
