Does anyone remember the first time you ever made Eggs?
Of course you do! and we all remember how we royally effed them up too!
Eggs are one of those things that on your first try, you HAVE to fail.
I remember when i first made eggs, i under cooked them and got sooo
Sick. but after that ive become a pro at making eggs. especially scrambled.
My recipe for scrambled eggs are 4 eggs, salt pepper, and a dash of garlic salt and tobasco. Mix it all up and pour into your pre heated pan. now the key for this is to add a half cup of shredded cheese (your choice of type) into the pan with it as soon as its poured. Keep the mixture moving constantly to make them fluffy and uniform in color. once its done, remove from heat and sprinkle a dash more garlic POWDER this time. add more tobasco to taste and serve with a side of hash browns topped with your favorite chili.
Just add diced bell peppers, green and red.
one of my fave is something called "chilaquilles"
you proceed by either making some red pepper sauce (consists of red peppers, some tomato sauce, onions, pepper salt, and parsely; liquify everything in a blender), scramble up 4 to 5 (or more depending on how many ppl are there) eggs, add some salt and some pepper. mix well and then proceed to cut some tortillas even or uneven, mix everything up in a bowl. on a large flat pan add the sauce and the eggs with little to no oil, if not oil something of equivalency. stir and cook until fully cooked, add some cheese and cook for a while more. serve with a side of hash browns, some rice, and some beans c:

even tho i am not a meat fan, i know a variety of steak cookingz cx and that sounds fun! XD
