Something's wrong

Don't know why, but it just feels like something's missing in my life right now. Maybe it's the fact that I can no longer ignore my dislike of my appearance. Maybe it's because I don't seem to have any real sense of direction at my new job yet. Maybe I'm just overly emo at 5 AM for some reason.
Or maybe it's the fact that it was a Friday night, and while my roommate Tim went to a party, the rest of us went to Waffle House and watched each other play video games all night. And that this is a regular occurrence for us, to the point that we don't even consider doing anything else.
Goddamn I'm such a shut-in.

Do what's fun. If playing video games with friends is fun for you, that's what you should do. There are dozens of ways to socialize, and just because parties are the most common method in college doesn't mean they're the RIGHT way.
anyway, if you really think its a problem...fix it. there is hardly a lack of resources to do so.
quick fix is to unplug for a couple weeks and see what happens.
