What's this new "girlfriend junkmail" thing?

So, I just opened my in-box and noticed I had like, 14 messages with "%t, your girlfriend is doing [something]", "I have to say your [something] is [other thing], possibly on twitter/myspace" or "Do you recognize me in the [etc]".
All came from the classic "fajtr32rojwqjralf@[mail].com" like mails and lead to things with different web address but with the same last 4 digits. (I didn't click on them ofc lol)
Anyone else got these weird things?
Or perhaps clicked them to see where the cervix they lead?

... maybe those people that are "constantly sure" that their partner is cheating on them.
But eh, I really wonder what kind of people that actually open>read>believe>give [stuff]>qq or the "refuse to believe it was a scam". Since I know it's quite many that actually does <..<
look them up on google search for msn hackers
Doubt I'll ever understand them :P
