Um.. I feel like a dumb ass for this. ._.

Well, basically, my family's been having a REALLY hard time financially for the past few months and I've been working (And trying to look for another job) to help AND save my way to get out of this hell hole.
Well, we got the letter today and we have six months before they take our house and possessions. Apparently, we couldn't afford property taxes this year (My father's unemployed because of legality issues and my grandmother gets disability checks once a month. You can see what I have to work with. e.e). It's a long time to save up, but I'm the only employed person in my family- They're already considering selling the house...
I haven't had many commissions, I know there's many people better than me out there, but right now I could REALLY use the money..
I've looked at other artists' prices and I know mine aren't outrageous; in fact, they're cheaper than most nowadays. I'll even negotiate lower prices, at this point- I'm desperate.
I've been making so many portraits and patches because they're kind of my escape. I'm not looking for pity, and I won't take donations without giving due compensation.

I'm not one to usually ask for help. I know there's that whole Haiti thing going on now, but I'm a little closer to home and I would greatly appreciate any help I could get...
