Just Fear Me, Love Me, Do As I Say And I Will Be Your Slave....
Commissioning Rules:
1.) Commissions will only be paid for through PayPal.
2.) Payment will come before the art unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
3.) I retain the right to cancel or turn down any commission for any reason. No questions asked. If I wish to tell you why, I will. If not, don't ask.

Key Point: Provide a detailed description and references. By all means have a character already thought up. If you have references, please refer me to them. If not, make sure you get every detail you want down. If you give me any liberties, there is a chance that you will not get what you want.
