Frankly - I am sorry your account was banned and all your images removed.

It was clear that there were some artworks of yours that you did, with love and care and your photos should have remained up. I think a ban was a bit considering that.

However, I found 6 source images for some of your 'artworks'. Clearly referenced, some could consider them traced. There was no mention of credit to the original sources - both other artists, stock models and googled images. Some images were clearly taken from these, things you drew as paid commissions.

If they had been properly credited/sourced - frankly, none of this would have happened. There is a difference between one image being sort-of like another, and several images that match up when overlayed on others.

I hope that you continue drawing - that if you use stock in the future you learn to re-draw it and credit them. Stock models work hard to give you a free resource, that should be respected. And an artist who respects their sources will never lack respect themselves.

Okay, bucko. To clear this up, having the same pose is not art theift. It is not the same as tracing. It's just a fluke. Sure if it was two to three times for the same pose maybe someone should raise the Red Flag, but not her. It was just ONE picture and one alone. So...there is no polite way to say it since I'm pissed, so... Screw Off!

It was 6 actually - 6 images were the pose was EXACTLY the same, down to where the lines of the clothing were followed rather than the anatomy. Not just one or two, and it was checked by a few people all with art backgrounds who can tell when something is traced. But the matter is closed now, so we can end the 'conversation'.

Oh, on the contirary. I'm getting her accunt back!

Well that's what happens when you don't credit the stock images.

Maybe you should read the rules and obey them, ya?

Or you could stay, link to the photos you used as the base to your pics, and get over it. :)

I was planning on staying before this journal. I had linked in the previous accusation that i had corrected everything, and given credit. i even started a da account to give premi credit. BUT. I was hacked and everything was being deleted from my account as I was entering the credits. simply put, i was not given a chance and I was pissed.

if people are willing to not flame me for this, and I have most of the artists concent for using it and it was never linked, which only ONE so far has scolded me for and just said "dont let it happen again"

the others seem more then willing to work with me and exctactic that I did work with their stuff.

and the account wasnt banned until after everything was deleted by a HACKER, the fa people were trying to prevent further damage, but by then it's too late.

That wasn't getting hacked. The mods removed it obviously...

oh, also, one thing that might be possible is one of the staff going to the back-up of the site and restoring it from there

unfortunatly he said that he's just willing to recover it to me, but I want to wait it out.

Recovering an account includes restoring the gallery (if possible), or at least giving you the pics back.
