not in the classic sense really. i'm not one to profess my undying love to anyone. Basically the concept of - I don't want to build my life around you, but I do want to include you in the building of my life

usually cards if anything, maybe something small.

I usually try to give them out to co-workers.

nope. I try to make sure that all my close friends know that i loves them.
