Completed?: I've been going since before there were furry conventions, actually. Furry used to be a part of Baycon and Silicon way back when (furry fit more or less under the sci fi umbrella). They hated on us, so we eventually left and had our own cons instead. The exodus of those darned hated furries from those cons left them bereft without enough membership anymore. Baycon eventually found a different audience and seems to have recovered.

Completed?: Yes. I've used scritch. Might have used paw at some point. I never use the term 'yiff' under any circumstances. It was originally a derogatory term made up to make fun of furry airheads (especially foxes) who lacked brains but wanted sex. They never did get it. Instead the term was adopted by the very people it was meant to insult without any understanding that it was not actually meant to be friendly. And now it's become a mainstay of furry vernacular.
