if you got banned, won't you get in trouble by making a new account?

to me, personally, I see people getting banned all the time and coming back on other accounts. So I really don't know, they shouldn't be upset about it anyways. I emailed the admin back and she refused to answer me, so yeah

I don't know which admin banned your account, but if you think it was not for a good reason you should contact  dragoneer about it

Dragoneer never answered any of me nor 's notes on the forums nor emails, besides, it's done alrighty, why fight myself up about it?

since I joined this site i knew the admins weren't keen to helping anyone, so yeah, why try? They never listened to me when I told them about MY troll, and he still bugs me up to this day, which was about 6 months ago

because the admin who banned me thought I was trolling around, and it's cause I'm posting 'mature' art work as soon as I came off my 3 month ban

There's a difference between adult (showing the parts) and mature (more erotic but no parts showing)
Adult =18+
Mature = 16+

Anisa is 16 and in that way allowed to post mature artwork, as long as it doesn't pass over the line into porn (wich is adult material)

There's a difference between cocky and knowing the rules. There isn't a way to prove she does or not, and that seems like a rule no one cares about, but uploading mature things as a minor is a LEGAL issue in the united states law.

Second, you're getting me wrong. I'm all for minors keeping to rules and all, as the law is the law and such we gotta abide by it. Yet, she has the explicit permission from her parents to upload the art. And it's a bit contradicting. You need permission to upload it, but you cannot upload it. Oh well. Point beeing she gets banned while the admins are not even responding to her questions, emails and so on. That's not a way to treat someone. Regardless of wether you're a minor or not.

You need parental permission if you're under 17 to upload in the first place [Note: This rule isn't highly enforced], not to upload adult material. [<= THIS is the rule that she broke] As WELL as ban evading from her PREVIOUS account.

Wich is logical. Admins don't seem to care as they do not reply to honest questions from her.
I'd have done the same prolly. THen again, im not a minor so that ain't my problem really.

And it's mature material, not adult material if we are going on technical terms.

Mature IS adult. It may not have sex in it, but it hints towards it. It's FA's rules and what their TOS says is and isn't allowed. I'm not getting worked up over it, but I also don't want to see FA shut down because the government found out a child wasn't banned from posting adult material to the best of FA's power, ya know?

Oh no lass, I get you completely and I wholeheartily agree. But a ban immediatly? I would have suggested an agelock till she's of legal age. And I'm not sure if mature and adult are the same. Usually it's the gradation of Familly, Teen, Mature and Adult in that scale. At least, the movies, games, images, websites and so on are scaled like that.

And about the worked up part, you seem a little agressive over text. You might wanna take a look at that, unless it's intentionally.
And really, the admins arn't really -that- pursuing of people. I bet more people are underaged here and noone really gives a damn, as long as the porn keeps coming. Oh well.

They age locked her, an then found out she was lying about her identity (as well as dopy) and banned them both for THREE MONTHS. As soon as she's unbanned she, from what she said, apparently posted mature work on another account, KNOWING she was breaking the rules. :/

Mmmm dunno about the other account. I do know she reposted her art. They didn't agelock her. They just put her away to be rid of her. Wich is a shame, but that's just my opinion. ANyway. It's 2 am and I should sleep. It's way to early again tomorrow. Anyway, old stuff is old now.

Putting it simply. She broke the rules multiple times and avoided an age lock, that's asking for it, as much as it sucks :B

We just ended the argument and we agreed to that, I know that already and if you read you see that I have issue's with minors there too. So it's kinda not needed to kick up the argument again. So don't ^__^ and we're all happy.

that's pretty funny seeing as how her old account was agelocked, she submitted a mature piece wich she couldn't even see herself, her new account has been disabled to view mature artwork from the start and her age is filled in correctly, your argument is pretty invalid.

Not to butt in or anything but since you're all for minors keeping to the rules and such then maybe you should know the reason that she got the initial 3 month ban. Her and both presented a fake ID's to the admins/staff and were caught. Now when the admin that found this out presented the evidence a lot of other admins were considering perma banning both her and instantly with out further argument. -BUT- the admin handling the case actually chose just a 3 month ban since they teenagers do stupid stuff. During her 3 month ban she made an evade account which was age locked and then another one was made. End Result she was permanently banned.

I'm aware of the false ID matter.
However what I am curious about, is why there is no response coming to her emails / notes concerning her immediatly getting banned for uploading mature art. She feels kinda lost within the rules. And if I am completely honest with you, I don't think it's admin / mod behavior to just ignore someone to make them go away, but that's just me.

And I wonder why she got banned on the previous account after the 3 month ban was lifted. If she is not allowed to upload/view mature art should they not been age locked till they are 18? That would have been way more simpeler, kept her happy (and some people including me, cause I like her artstyle.) and gave the admins a load off their back.

-She hasn't been ignored and she was made fully aware of the circumstances surrounding her 1st as well as her final ban .
-All her accounts WERE,ARE and forever will be age locked.
-The Evade accounts are the main things that got her.

So if you're agelocked you can still upload mature art?
