Pray that all goes well, that the attendee numbers continue to increase, that the Christian Furrs in the group set a good example/whitness for those who are not, and (if nothing else comes out of it) that everyone's lives are made a little brighter by the experiences. ^^

You aren't alone in this addiction. It's difficult to fight it but you have to be as conscious as you can about it. One of the best ideas I came across is to a gentle reminder of who we serve. When stuck in the addiction, we're serving the wrong person. When we fight it, whether we win or not, we serve the Almighty.

Print out in LARGE FONT the phrase: Whom do you serve?

Paste it along the top and along the bottom of your monitor. Nice reminder to help you remember that turning to God for help in overcoming this thing is the way to beat it. I claim victory over the enemy even though I still stumble and do what I shouldn't. But I don't give up and reminding myself that I serve God in not only my heart but also my actions helps me fight.

I find that just limiting yourself to looking at furry porn helps a lot. Because, well, it's not real. Of course you may see it differently. In which case, Yuri has a good idea

Oh, I forgot to make it clear. I'm not addicted to furry porn. It's human porn. i actually consider myself blessed to not be addicted, or even attracted to it, because I know in this venue most people are.

God did not write the Bible. Man wrote it. Man whom is an imperfect being.

Additionally, God has bigger things to deal with than our puny little Earth. Thats why we have Jesus and angels to help us. To think otherwise is egotistical. Its like when people thought the earth was the center of the universe.

Humans penned it, so by definition it is not perfect.

Jesus was an extension as we all are. Its just that Jesus was the one sent to look over us specifically, along with many others. God, personally, has hundreds of millions of planets to look over.

And God is not a he (or a she).

So if mankind was told what to write, what happened to free will then?


Because saying father was easier for man, at that time, to understand than explaining a massive, entity that encompasses the life of the universe.


And that is the egotistical thinking I was talking about. To think we are all important to a being that lives throughout the universe (aka millions of galaxies and planets that also harbor life aside from just Earth)

I'd count it a curse if forced to stay on this planet for all eternity.



I don't think I can get you to see the bigger scope of things. All i can say is cherish all life and help others to do the same.

Yes, but you have to remember that not only does it hurt the people addicted to it, but it also hurts the people who are in it. Trust me, I've talked to a few girls who used to be in the business only because they needed the cash and that was the only way for them at the time. Do you think those girls actually like displaying their bodies for millions of men they don't even know? They don't.

And that's why I don't look at RL porn anymore. I can't really even enjoy it anymore even if I wanted to, remembering the stories I've been told from behind the camera.

Anyways, yea maybe even looking at fake porn isn't the best thing to do. But it's a viable alternative, based on the stories I've heard.

's mother has the spirit of affliction on her. She's been in and out of the hospital lately. He has a link to his latest LJ journal posted on his page.

's father is in the ICU and they have no way of paying the bills. Nor any way of heating their house right now. Doesn't help that the bills are set up for electronic payment and no one but dad knows the passwords.

Praise report: Results received on Eliki's mom. What was feared turned out to be nothing more than an allergic reaction to a bit of medication. She is cancer free and on her way to health.

I wish you the best with college. Its not easy. Took me 6 1/2 years but I finally got my Bachelors of Science in Psychology this past Dec. I just kept on going as i knew that its what i must do. I want to help others and the first step will hopefully be with the VA and counseling soldiers.

Yea. Lol, I used to attend ITT Tech taking a course in computer networking systems. I did well in all my classes except my math class which is what killed me.

Well, I just applied for a Psych Tech spot with the VA in Pittsburgh. Prayin to the Lord that I'm given the chance to learn and help.

I have never gone to college, but I have heard its kinda tough. So I will pray that you pass your courses there. As for the people in Haiti I pray that they get the help that they need as that is a really poor country...

On a further note though I do have power back on from the recent ice storm that hit us last week in Oklahoma there still a few more rural towns that are being told that they will not have power back until Thursday or Friday. Or even next Monday. I know some of these people that I work with that live in one of those towns. I pray that they get power on back soon.

I really should get back to studding my scriptures I am afraid I let the computer take me away from the good word, and so I must really get back to that and set time aside for it even if it is fifteen minutes out of my day.
But I know other places got hit with that ice storm rather hard, so I pray for them because they are many places that are without power, and for the elderly that stay within their homes because its been rather hard for them this year.
Sometimes I think terrible things happen for a reason sometimes though I tend to believe it is to humble us and get us back with family members that many people might not see otherwise and to strengthen our faith.

I hope that every one else is well and doing great this winter season.
