I need money like a fat kid needs diet coke. Buy a commission from me~? I promise it will be the best OuOb
OMFG... My mind has been blown.
I got sucked into the love story and I was fighting back tears as Lawrence died. Yes he dies. If you watched the original, you'd know this was coming. And the ending was different than the one I was told (Aberline kills Lawrence and wasn't bitten, father still dies and still fail death)
And the whole background to the story, like the flashbacks, IMHO, gave awesome character development and explained the events that unfolded in the film (like the father's attack and mother's suicide)
But what I loved most was the make up. I couldn't imagine filming with BdT looking ferocious and bloodied up. I feel kinda sorry for Emily at the ending scene where Lawrence was staring her down but finally snapped out of it. Then those bastards came and ruined the moment!
And of course the costumes and locations just made it feel more realistic and recognizable, like deja vu, compared to the original. (I honestly believe I had a past life during the Victorian Era)
And alas, poor Aberline ;-;
I was kinda hoping this will be a stand-alone film, but after seeing it.... I also kinda want a sequel to happen... I'm so confused Q_Q
Overall, it was worth waiting over 3 years for. And thats more than I can say for any other fandom of mine.
And because I'm a bad person, I'mma watch it again *coughonlinecough*
OYEAH! And because I'm a total dork, I made a group on DeviantART: http://thewolfman-fc.deviantart.com/ *facepalm*
