Yes. Free. No monies. xD
Well, I deleted the base and example.
So if you want to see the base for the pictar, you'll have to note me.
For the people who DID see it, I'm making a new base.
I'll also draw a whole new picture just for you! :] I will need a reference to you're character for this, or atleast a VERY thorough descrption. I'll make sure the art I do for you is better than the base I have there, so don't worry about that. I'd also prefer if you told me what you want your character to be doing. :3
So if you want a free art, I'll be happy to work with you, just note me! :]
