So I finally got to attend a Bellefurs for real. Two months ago, I didn't have the day off from work, so I had to leave before it even started. Last month, I got the day off, but it had been pushed to two weeks later and nobody bothered to update the website to let newcomers know.

But this time, I made it. And though I kept silent most of the time, there were quite a few fun times to be had.

It's a potluck, so I wondered what I should bring. Something that most or all of the furries in that place would enjoy. I brought a 12 pack of beer and two bottles of Clamato. The beer disappeared within the hour, but the clamato remained for most of the night.

One of the first memorable times I encountered was this really stereotypically gay guy dancing really stereotypically gay.

Yes, the DJ is DJing via two firefox tabs open to music videos on youtube. That's so ghetto.

There was also this raccoon fursuiter there. He played dead/roadkill. And while he was doing that, I posed his arms and hands into different motions. Including: Thumbs up, goat horns, and Spock's 'Live Long And Prosper' sign. I also used his arms to do the robot.

Someone also brought their Malamute. Such a big dog. I'd never seen one before up close.

This guy also passed out and I got to watch one of the other furries stack stuff on him while he slept.
