Ok say I start selling original art on Trading card size bristol for $20. Would You folks start collecting them? Yah or Nah also include your thoughts in on them please.

Um... Originals on cards? How do you collect that if each card is unique? o.O I'm confused...

wouldnt this be the same thing as a conbadge? or printing off allready done art onto bristol.

NO, Conbadge would have a name on it and no this is not prints this is actual one of akind works on bristol. Plus they will be yiffy.

anything that is that is small as a card would be considered a conbadge, badges dont have to have your name on them if you dont want, prolly not such a good idea, Is this a type of commission where you draw the persons character, or just throwing something random on there and selling it off?

no its not considered a badge until you make it a badge so aslong as you can't stick it on your body its not a badge, and yes you can make a 11 by 8.5 size badge before, I know I made 1 before.

no making it smaller would destroy alot of the detail.
suggestion,
doing it on a smaller scale, sell them for $10 because smaller artwork shouldnt take long, especially something like this, maybe 2 3 hours tops.

given they work on small scale with comic panels like i have, ive sliced a 0.005 pen into a 0.001 pen and inked,
Now given you color your artwork with big bulging markers, when you touch it to the board its gonna bleed out past the lines the smaller they get.

You wanted peoples opinons on it and I gave mine,

It's also a movement that's kinda resurged thanks to the interwebs, especially when it comes to selling them.

lol, so are all cards original pieces of artwork? And will there be like special package deals, like buy a pack of 9 with a free 10th card included or something? I'm interested....

all cards are originals, I got the idea from my comic artist friend ,Louis Small Jr, he did the cards for sell. He had like 50 of them for major shows and sold all but 15 of them of course he sold his for like $50 each. No they won't be in a pack and will be first come first serve. So if you miss that one you will have to wait for the next card. Gonna do a variety of cards, like my Devil Bunnies I did in the past.

well I am using Bristol board and gonna be dabbbling in alot of different Mediums, marker, Dye ink (made myself), pastel powder, prisma pencils, water color, pens and of course pencil

I think it sounds like a fun idea, as long as I have the money on hand I would be interested in collecting them.
