This is always interesting

I love how some people will send you messages out of the blue, after you haven't seen or even talked to that person in over a year. Such as one person sent me a message I guess trying to piss me off. Though I thought it was actually funny. The only thing that lead to me being irritated or angry, is my mates dog XD, something like say my wrist hurting due to moving very heavey furniture, or video games. I do admit that school and work also contribute sometimes.
Anywho, ^^ my taxes are gonna be great, and I get another check from school here soon. Though school is trying to make me pay out of state fees due to my licenses, not gonna happen. I just won't go this semester if it happens. I'm not paying this school 500+ more cash for me to have aggravation for another couple of months. Just not gonna happen, this is all because my licenses isn't a year old due to renewal, and this would be my first year actually having me do my own taxes. (they need my ga 500)
Anyway, I have been thinking about the meets lately. They're cool, but cost money to go to. This being say, why are we going? I mean one maybe two people every only talk to me sako and jin. Everyone separates into different groups and nothing really happens. What I am saying is that if I want to go hangout with people, why not hangout with those who actually talk to you. I could see going over to Ranan's to hangout or Tigerpaw's house. I find them to be really awesome, and I've never really hungout with feartree or talk to him, their are a lot of interesting people their.

Because you guys come from so far away, and thus spend more effort with scheduling and driving to be able to make it there, I think you're expecting them to be more than just some people getting together to eat dinner. While this may be an unrealistic expectation, at the same time I too am slightly disappointed that larger events simply don't happen in the area anymore. Would be nice to get together for something other than overpriced wings and burgers for a change.
Regardless, I'm always glad to see you guys. Though for the sake of completeness, I'll be perfectly honest and say something that several people have voiced in the past. People are happy for you and Sako, but they tend to get a bit uncomfortable when the two of you being, well, overly touchy-feely at the meets, for the entire duration of the outing. In other words, at first glance people get the impression that you're interested exclusively in each other, which may or may not have contributed to the whole "nobody talks to us" issue. Personally it doesn't bother me too much really, but I know several people have been offput because of it.
On a side note, the GAFurs IRC channel is a good way to keep in touch with some of the other guys around. I've talked with Feartree and Four quite a bit while IRCing at work, heh.
But, that is true. The fact that Sako and I are so touchy-feely, can off set people. Unfortunately, work allows no cell phones, >.> which to tell the truth all I do is play with a slinky all day as I stand there waitting to sit people. It's depressingly bored as one could say.
