This is an idea for a story thats been stewing in my mind for a bit now and I've finally had some time to write it down
In 572 E.D (Earth Date) humanity was forced to flee the Sol solar system due to the Sun finally entering stages of super nova. In desperation humanity sent hundreds of space ships, each housing enough people to fill countries, into space each one capable of transforming into superstructures that can support life for millennia to come. Five of these ships land on a planet known as Pallas. Pallas unfortunately cannot sustain human life due to insufficient oxygen, hazardous daytime climates, and unknown geography while the atmosphere allows for relative gravity and pressure equivalent to Earth. The people inside the ships restart life as best they can taking advantage of the nearly inexhaustible supply of food. Forming laws and governments on each ship the ultimate punishment is to be banished from the ship with only the clothes on their back, and re-breathers masks that allow people to breath the outside air. These people learned how to survive in the cruel conditions to form nomadic tribes, constantly attempting to break back into the ships. After centuries of this the citizens of the ships now called “Heavens” have turned the banished ones into bed time stories thinking us to be long gone, calling us “Vampires” after the mythical creature of ancient times. Well they got something wrong. We’re still out there........ Waiting…….. And We will take back what is ours……..
its my take on a wastelander adventure-esque story also figuring with "im so sexy" vampire trend going around that I could add a more abstract darker version of it that doesn't fucking SPARKLE
Constructive criticism is welcome eventually I may start working on it seriously I just want to see what people think about it first............ my six or so watchers XD
edit: i realized my wording is messed up but the term "Heavens" is used to describe the ships not the people XP
