Can anyone recomend a good colouring tool?

Oki so most who have seen my art will have noticed I don use colour. Thing is I would like too but don have photoshop to use and atm dont have enough spare money to get it. Can anyone recomend a decent free download art workshop to help me colour my art? any help would be greatly apreciated

i use to use MS Paint before i went to photoshop that usually comes free so u could try using that

Hmm I dident think paint would be good enough, but then I havent tried yet lol al give it a go thx ^^

i found it good for basic colouring so mostly flat and the occasional bit of shading but for alot of detailed stuff like fluids and what not your probably better off with Photoshop
