So, for the past 3 years I have been dealing with the near concurrent diagnoses of Type 1 Diabetes, Clinical Depression, and ADD. For the first two years of this, while my medication was still getting figured out, my school work obviously suffered. Having just put in a petition to have a large amount of the grades from the past few years taken out of my GPA I was fairly confident it would be accepted and my life would be back on track, more or less.

However, the higher ups at my Institution of Higher Learning (actual name withheld for absolutely no reason what-so-ever) saw fit to decide that I did not deserve this chance at getting my life back on track, and rejected my petition. Thus, my plan now is to finish out this year and transfer my credits to another school, thus keeping most of my work but giving my GPA a fresh start at a new institution that will hopefully be more accommodating.

Why am I telling you all this, you ask? Well, two reasons. First, I needed to vent about this to something that could talk back. Not that I expect you to, but just the fact that this will be seen by something with a brain is enough. Second, it also serves as an explanation as to the unreliability of my requests coming out when I said they would.

Anywho, with that ventilation complete, I actually feel slightly better now.
