Chibi Commissions (Extended) and some updates..!
Commissions:
So I'm extending acceptance of these Chibi Commissions for one more week. If you want one, you need to make sure you're on my list before the week ends! (Sunday).
They're £5 each, blahblahblah, more examples will be uploaded to my gallery as the week goes on.
News:
Radio 1 played an advertisement this morning that made my ears prick. Friday night at 9pm, Pete Tong will be doing "In New Music We Trust Live" which features 'Japanese Pop Stars'!
J-Pop on Radio 1?!
I'll be tuning in to see what that's about, definately!
An Important Update:
Finally, and hating to end on a downer but...
When I create pictures for you as commission: You have full rights to use this picture however you want. However, so do I. I can use the same picture however I want.
If it was a commission of your own character (or yourself, a friend, etc) I will not own copyright to that character, only that picture.
If the commission was of one of MY characters, YOU will NOT own copyright to that character, only the picture.
In response to an art trade someone wanted me to draw the lolita sheep, after doing so they made it apparent that they believed to be taking ownership of this character.
No.
Neither of them belong to them.
It is my character, I own full copyright to that character.
The picture was made for them, not the character.
Unless I clearly state:
You will own this character that I will be designing for you, you'll have full copyright to that character, I will have shared copyright to the picture only, but the character will be yours.
You DO NOT own any of my characters.
I just wanted to make that clear to prevent it happening again.
Thank you.
