I have to thank you all for watches and any friendly comments you have sent my way. Now that I have an audience over 100, I feel like I have a practical means of making journals.

You happen to know any exercises that focus on Triceps / Biceps / Arms that doesn't envolve Cable machines?
But yes, I do. If you can get a hold of some basic weights (you can find some at Wal-Mart in 5lb increments for pretty cheap depending on how heavy you want 'em) I can show you some ^^
