I can't tell you what works best since you're better at this than me, but my favs of your recent pics are: SteepRock2178s/2179s and SteepRock2184s. The first two however, got that glare/shiny thing from the sun over them... Which in my eyes prevents the pics from being "the perfect ones EVER":s Also, in 2178s, the sun looks a bit to "cold", a mix between that pic and the 2179s would have been REALLY good:) (Warm sun, Crocus further "up"). The 2184s is a bit out of focus, which annoys my eyes:s But nice and warm pic anyways. The rock on the right and three on the left, looks sort of "not in the right placees", as in, maybe it would be better if they weren't there...)

Other good ones are the SteepRock2166as(Background is annoying though:S) and the SteepRock2177s(the tree on the left takes the focus away from the subject...)

If i am to choose ONE to list as my fav, then i'd go for SteepRock2179s (Remove that sun glare and move plant a bit more up, and that pic would rule^^,)

Ah thank you! Honest criticism. I'll agree on '79, nice and simple. '84 is also I think the best of the back-lit ones. For nice pastel shades I really like '82. Heh, the difference between cold and warm (78 & 79) is what, less than a minute? Sunset pictures are SO transitory!

Yea, i was thinking of listing the '82s, but i didn't as even if its a nice mix of warm and cold, i wouldn't know what the subject was unless you told me first. I'm not sure about the whole out of focus thing, and i don't really know how to get the picture better. I've never taken a pic like that. But i think the focus thing is a bit annoying in some pictures. In the 82 pic, my eyes are dragged down into the bottom right corner, and they stay there... Not sure if that's how it should be...

Well with the focus you take what you can get as it's a digital camera. Some people do like a soft focus, it's a matter of taste. I'd prefer to have em all crisp myself. I just cropped '82 into a portrait using just the right side with the sun in the top-left, definitely centers it.
