Okay so FE!! I’d like to start out by saying this was my first even furry con and I cannot believe I’ve gone on this far in the fandom and never attended one. I have found myself, that’s for sure. For those of you who don’t know I’ve recently gone through a tough break up... I was with him for 9 years, but he wasn’t a furry. He didn’t really like the idea of me going and spending the night at a furry convention. Well there is no way I could do that now. Not after having been there and seen it. I am proud to be a furry, I love who I am and never want to give that up. And I have found a new partner, my Sammy. It was such a pleasure to share my first fur con with him, he showed me a lot, I want to thank him for that.

I have never seen so many happy go lucky people in one space before in my life. It didn’t matter where I turned or who I was talking to I fit in. It just felt right to be there. I had an amazing weekend sharing a room with Dodge and his mate Ashley. She was great for putting up with our kookie furry ways. I did the rave dance for a little bit, I hit up the condition room party with Sam, I took part in the fursuit parade and the massive fur pile that followed. I really came out of my shell as a human, I did things I wouldn’t normally have done because of my previous partner... I am so lucky to have found Sam and for him to show me everything I’ve been missing.

I am so excited for the next big convention; FCN. I will be there with Sam once again. I hope to meet up with many of my new friends once again. Thanks to everyone for coming out and making my first con such a good one. I love you all.
