This is pretty much a rant so I can get it out of my brain so it'll stop making me get all mopey about it.
Last year, I got a large chunk of commission money to someone, not naming who, and to this day I still haven't gotten the picture for it... Not replying to my emails, not replying to my PMs...
Maybe I offended them with the stupid, pulled-out-of-my-ass joke I sent to them over PM about how (ironically) people requesting commissions should shut up and be patient or risk slow painful death. Maybe it was the bizarre nature of the picture. Hell, for all I know, all my bugging the artist is just pushing it lower and lower on the list and I have no idea that's what's happening. Either or, it's kind of hard to apologize for something when you don't know what you did. x.x;
That said, the one I'm talking about is very awesome, and I'm sure I'm the only case that said artist is taking so damn long, or worst case scenario, screwed me out of my moneh. To be honest, if they'd just be honest and said, "No, I'm not doing your picture, and I'm keeping your money." I'd be fine with that at this point, it's bugging me so damn bad.
SO yeah, sorry for the drama, but I'd rather not let anyone notice in case it gets cleared up somehow. That said... any recommendations on what to do when my wait time reaches the 1-year mark?
