I have been contemplating going to my first con. No problem getting sitters or anything. Thought this might even be easy. LOL way too easy. Until I brought it up to the husband. Either I don't go or he wants to go..I asked what he would be doing while I was having fun and he responds "ohhh being bored". WTF????? He has "issues" with me going alone, or even with friends. I have never even considered going anywhere before. I don't go out, I am always home. Gah this makes no sense to me. Anyway I am making plans to go. I have seen firsthand how many times life is too short to do what you want, to be told that I will stop living.
