2 places available for AC 2010 - Westin Hotel!

So as said in an earlier journal, I managed to get a room in the Westin for the duration of the con. I'm sharing a bed with 
Sullenlust which means there's a whole bed available for the taking.
We'll both arrive on the 22nd of June but due to the nature of international travel, I won't be arriving there until 6PM. Chances are it'll be much later if shit hits the fan and flights get delayed.
Like most people though, we'll leave the room on the 28th... most likely around 10AM, so make sure you're ready when it's go time. I don't know what floors will be assigned to us, but I can guarantee you it will take A FUCKING LONG TIME if you wanna take an elevator that day. xD
Price: 20$ (USD) a night. For payment, see below.

As for the rules...
I may be a bit too strict, but this be my room. No bitching or whining about it.
I'm open to discussion, but take it to notes. :3
1) No parties is the first thing. Inviting over a lot of friends and end up with stolen or damaged goods sucks. The rooms are for personal use and to relax/sleep.You can invite a friend or two but then we come to rule number 2.
2) Don't touch what's not yours. It's a simple rule that every knows, but I add it just to be sure. :3
3) Keeping the room clean and taking a shower once a day is required. I don't want smelly, sweaty people... no one does.
4)Be considerate of your roomies. Let the sleepers sleep and keep the noise down. It's okay to take some 'private time' if you need it... but don't overdo it.
5) Payment goes through Paypal (note me for that) or upon arrival at the con. If you do not pay me, you're not getting in the room. Fair is fair.
6) I'd rather have you NOT use room service. There's plenty of shops to buy drinks and food by simply crossing the street.
If you're interested or know someone who still needs a room for AC, send a note and I'll see what can be done. :3
