Strange headache...

I went to the doctor. She said that I overtrain and prohibited use my laptop until my eyes no rest. Then the head would stop aching...
headache really awful, even Analgesic not help. Damnn *target wall, attack*

Well...typically that's not really a good amount but i'm no doctor. I need my sleep of 7+ hrs. Yesh, i love shleep ^^.
6-8hrs is a good time uh...to sleep for adults
8-10 is good for kids.

I totally know how you feel. Sometimes my wrists flare up really badly when I use the computer too much and I have to lay off of it for sometimes a week.
Take care of yourself and don't worry about commissions, your health comes first. Commissioners will have to understand.
And please forgive me for my late payment, darned offices were closed until Wednesday so I couldn't handle it until then DX
