Are you graduating high school early and live around Massacheuttes ? There is a college called Simon's Rock College of Bard that has a great creative writing program. I would look into it ^^ the summer I spent up there in the program was fantastic and I had some very knowledgeable teachers.

And I hope your mom gets well!

I went to college for business instead. The capstone is the "big kahuna" class that you take that is the last one before you can graduate that you have to use the skills from all the other classes.

Sorry your mother had to have surgery but I happy your taking a chance to creative writing in college. I actually think it'll be great for you to excel your start in writing stories, you can really take that to a high standard of becoming a well known author in story to tons of people who read yours.

There was a time when I was little, I didn't like reading until the cable was out and I had nothing better to do. Until it came back on, I didn't watch much television for a while so I kept reading, and later when I reach the 2nd grade there was even kids just like you who got interested in writing stories.

I was more into the animal stories for some reason, I figure thats how I found my fur personality.
The hamster was just the idea when I raise one as a pet so this became my furry, I wanted to be a beaver but just chose rodents.

Believe it or not but I'm going to start writing also, I love reading and well I want a picture worth a million words.
