Writers Blocks and Tetris
Yeah, I'm not too sure about what the two have to do with each other, but hey, it's my Journal.
But either way, I've got to ask, any writers out there care to share their tricks and methods to slap out writer's block, it's either writers block, or I'm just too distracted by the wonders of the net or wow every time I try to tell myself to sit down an write...but yeah, any help is welcome. Heck, collaborations or bouncing idea's around couldn't hurt either...

Unfortunately my work doesn't leave much (any) time with no distractions during deployment, but when I DO get to sit down and write, that's how I manage.
And on the other note, both thanks for your service, and come back safely.
Write a page of whatever comes into your mind. Anything. Everything. Write it down. Ignore spelling and grammar if you have to. Just let your brain do some talking.
Do some people watching. Go to the mall or whatever and sit in the food court or a high traffic area. Make up stories for the people you see wandering around.
Look back on some ideas you've had in the past. Maybe there's a project you put aside. See if any of your old work looks like it would be fun to tinker with.
Or look at someone else's work. Written or drawn. See if there's anything that appeals to you, story-elements-wise. For example, my Peach and Wendy pic. How did Peach become like this? Was she willing or not? Why is Wendy so enamoured of her? What of Bowser and/or Mario? What's going to happen to the Mushroom Kingdom? (This is a purely selfish example, but you get the idea.)
I hope this helps.
