I typically don't thank folks for watching me, or for faves (nor do I expect thanks for fav'ing or watching). But I do notice it, & I do appreciate it.

Sometimes I'm surprised at who takes the time to notice me, sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised at the amount notice one piece gets...and sometimes it's just surprising (like this guy**warning! NSFW**: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2687762/ ).

I do try my best to respond to outright comments and notes--at least, those that seem to require response. I'm sometimes lax in this, since usual internet access is via the library, and usually only once or twice a week at that. It's hard keeping up with everything. I'm not trying to avoid expressing my appreciation, or taking your kind words for granted. The fact that someone took the time to tell me that they liked something I did, or to pass on some valued constructive criticism, means a great deal to me.

I love having a forum that allows me to share my stuff with my friends & whoever else cares to look at it. I love being able to access my friend's works & the art of people I admire. I enjoy being able to discuss all of the above, and have others do the same.
