Chorizo Coconut Cabbage
I picked up some odd cooking tastes from an internship in Spain. Chorizo coconut cabbage is one of them, and surprisingly good!
This is in the style of a stir fry and I use a wok, but you can use any kind of frying pan.
Requires:
Half an onion - finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic - minced
Ginger - minced
Chorizo - finely chopped
Cabbage - chopped into fine strips
Worecestershire sauce
Coconut Milk
Paprika
Tumeric
Soy Sauce
Fry onion, garlic and ginger on high heat in some oil for about 20 seconds. Add chorizo.
Once chorizo starts giving up its oil add chopped up cabbage.
When the pan's hot again dash some worcestershire sauce to the pan and keep stirring.
Now prepare a quarter cup of coconut milk, to this milk add paprika, tumeric, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce - stir this together and pour into the frying pan/wok. Stir and cook till you like it. Serve with rice. Post it on the internet.

Also, I don't know about Portugal but it's no problem to get the sauce in Spain. The only thing I couldn't get in my tiny Spainish town was the coconut milk :C
Is it like a more liquid Chutney?
