What's the deal with black people? </Seinfeld>
15 years ago
I mean seriously, what is the appeal to all of the LOLBLACKPEOPLEFRIEDCHICKEN jokes? Sure, this is the internet or whatever, but it seems like I can't go more than a week without stumbling onto someone's profile that is "playfully" racist, or end up viewing another watermelon joke. And this is all just on a furry website.
And I swear to god, how is this funny?
"Knock knock"
"Who's there?"
"You're a NIGGER!"
"D:<"
THE END
I thought jokes had to have punchlines, like it was a rule or something. Or did I miss this huge meeting of some sorts? I like to think I have a great sense of humor, but I fail to see how any of this funny.

Jackal
It's everywhere. Actually, some of the big name comics make their livings off of this stuff.
Of course, I blame a lot of things on Hipsters.
I mean, seriously. D: Who DOESN'T like fried chicken?
...Now I want fried chicken.
If anyone's racist towards you, I'll eat 'em.
<3
I'm a white boy, and I never even HEARD of Popeye's Chicken until Little Nicky, and then I started seeing advertisements for them that were... really kinda racist.
Then again, Advertisements have never exactly been the most progressive media.
And it has a NAWLENS (New Orleans) sort of feel to it, along with jazz, which are both fun, but also linked to black peoples.
And I'm whiter than snow, so... :P
Just like how white people dont get offended when i say "what do you call a bunch of white people in the ocean? Saltine crackers"
you just don't feel mad about it just laugh at it. the knock knock thing isn't really funny to me but i bet somewhere theres an inside joke where it would be funny.
I had to do it
My mate and I were running errands a few weeks okay, it was fairly nice outside, and we noticed this black guy (one of the few in Utah ;;>.>) walking down the street with a bag of KFC.
It made me giggle a little. But I don't even know WHERE these fried chicken/watermelon stereotypes come from. I just know that, for whatever reason, it's the butt of jokes everywhere.
For the most part, though, it's just people being assholes. I loves mah skunk *hugs*
It's all the same stuff if you ask me, let one in, you let them all in. D:
It is because, to us on 4chan, who are a blob with no form, no creed, no shape, no colour, no gender, no motive, The idea of Racism is an Absurd and obsolete idea, something to be laughed at.
Batman: Come in....
See....Batman doesn't care who the fuck is at the door! :3 He'll kick their asses no matter what!

Badassery is a dull, jet black element. It is endothermic in it's native state, making whatever it encounters cool on contact. It is often found in classic cars, superheros, and in most new electronic devices. It has the ability to bond with any element, compound, item, or person, and lend it's properties to what ever it combines with. Contact with a large amount of Badassery has the tendency to have the feeling of being roundhouse kicked. That is normal, and it is a direct result of the attempt of bonding. It is rumored that Chuck Norris got the idea of being round house kicked after experiencing a dose larger than most people can survive.
Gollywogs.
Just what I found. o.o;
This place is a cess pool, that's really all there is to it. The anonymity of the Internet combined with the general social awkwardness of anyone that spends so much time on it leads to an absurd amount of insensitivity.
What bothers me more is the people who try to defend it, like it's ok that they do it cause they "have a black friend" or some other bullshit.
I can hedge a bet that most of them are either drug addicts or under the age of 15, too. Seriously, they just want to stir up shit because they are sad on the inside and want to feel important and "better" than someone.
Thats about it.
Ya know, like when you get to be close friends with someone, you stop saying shit thats actually funny but they still chuckle at it anyways. You don't put effort into the humor any more, just expect the sentiment to be understood. Difference being in this case, that people just want to also be accepted to some degree, since its far less intimate online and a lot more anonymous.

45ish seconds in. I don't care if you don't like me. watch ittttt.
This all falls under human nature, and that's not something that anyone is ever gonna change naturally.
If you laugh at a joke, it's a joke.
You are get angry at a joke, it's an insult.
Not that you are mad at this or anything.
