anyone out there working 100% with lotsa commuting and having the feeling time is sliping from your grasp faster than you want?
somehow I always feel so tired mentally at the end of a day that I cant find any energy and motivation to get back to draw!
any of you know a magical trick to solve that?
(also pushing the old overlong journal out of my frontpage)

So, I started to Take multi vitamins... This helped me very much! It don't gives you a boost of energy, It takes some time to be effective, and If I was not looking for this I would not have noticed that I had more energy... But, It Works for me... Maybe do you have a little lack of vitamins...
Anyway... I am ready to go down where you lives and give you a boost with a car battery if needed! I want you to draw again! :`D Your drawings are so Awesome!
mmm, Im usually not really fan of pills and stuff like that, but if I can find something natural (or close) I may give it a try, thanks for the advice!
I will pass the car battery offer though, im sure my neurons would fry ;)
When I worked at a grocery store full-time I was dealing with angry rude people all day and when I came home I was drained. I didn't want to do anything.
I think I took a 2 year break from drawing and I lost so much!!
Most of my loss of motivation was stress and depression. You have to deal with bad attitudes all day and it sucks all the creativity right out of you. all you want to do is sleep.
One thing that I missed was the comments and feed back on art work that I DID do. So when I joined this site I really kicked it back into gear. I draw more now than I have in years and I am very happy, busy as I'll get at but very happy.
anyway I think my point is, you need to set aside some time to relax. like some gamer time or reading time and just do something you love. there is something to be said for going for a walk and doodling under a tree. ^_^
You can't be creative if you are exhausted or angry or emotionally drained. You can't force art, it is like a side effect of joy.
I guarantee if you use your days off to relax and go some place you have never been or chill out instead of running errands or even take a nap in the middle of the day. you will get your motivation to draw back. All you have to do is want it and relax :)
ah well, if I am ever reincarnated I want to be a house cat, just eating-playing-sleeping-pooing all days and happy with that ;)))
