i got the results of the scan. its not good news. but its treatable.
i have multiple clots in both legs and my stomach. the largest of which is in the back of my left knee and is about 3/4 of a inch in diameter.
im on daily injections of 112mg into my tummy and warfrine tablets.
i hate having injections at the best of times, now i got to do them to myself.
when i saw the clot on the screen when they did the scan i burst into tears. its weird seeing the thing that had been causing so many problems in color on a screen.
i have to take things easy but not just lay myself up for the next 6 months, i have to move around. although even climbing thestairs is taking me ages. my body is finding this whole blood thinning thing hard, i get out of breath so easy.
my aim is to get better and then go to corsi's for christmas. i have to have something to aim for.. objectives make things easier.
Dealing with the pain and tiredness is going to be a challenge. but im a tiger ... tigers can sort anything..
