There isn't a government in the world that works other than a moeibus strip. Why?
Today, someone mentioned to me (don't get mad a me, I'm just paraphrasing ...): 'Americans are like Germans, they just don't seem to get it [the goverment] to work.'
This from one, who was trying to get the US tax office to accept his letter showing he had paid 0 tax (was doing a PhD) in order to be officialy allowed to leave the country (to go back to Germany ).
