As for Harry Potter, he had more than just three lines as Cedric Diggory and was actually pretty damn good as him, I thought.

In any event, all that aside, while he will probably do a better job as Kurt simply because he likes the role or the man better, I do have to wonder about why he was chosen, simply because he looks very little like Kurt. On the other hand, he might actually do a good job as Spider-Man because of those very looks.

i dunno it is true that it's hard to act if you've got nothing to work from (unless you're BRIAN BLESSED, and you can get away with hamming it up).

But this situation seems like a rediculous mistake of appealing to the wrong target audience. I bet some casting director who could'nt care less thought "yo, twilight is kinda dark and moody right and this guy...Kurt? whatever i think he killed himself and that's like pretty dark so why don't we just get the same dude and people will like it"
