A dark swampy setting or steam-punkish, like an old boiler room. He's be preying on some creature. Animal, furry, human, though he prefers humans.
And just a side note: His entire torso can open and close. He fishes with his innards, which look like a ball of earthworms.
Torso opens huh? Vertically or horizontally? You want me to make Anti look all mutated kinda?
