I got the paperwork from the insurance company today. Turns out I'm not even legally supposed to be driving the Miata right now. Of course they failed to mention that little detail. Before I can drive it again I have to send the title and the tag to the insurance company, get the car repaired, and get it inspected to see if its road worthy. Only then can I get the title back so I can drive again. I'm not gonna deal with the hassle. I'm giving the car back and getting $4000 for it to buy a new one. All my mods are coming with me. Its just irritating, thats all

I know what you mean. It was a REAL PAIN IN THE ASS to get our replacement Cruiser. Best of luck. I hope you find a really neat replacement for your Miata.
