I've been posting on a forum for FFXI and most of them are dull as fuck.

I joined FFXI about a week ago, I pretty much get the gist of how to play, and I do have my own set of goals which is currently

-make lvl 18
-start and finish the subjob quest (items already required)
-join a team that doesn't have a meticulously cliche name
-get lvl 30
-do the quests that lead up to becoming a BLU (Blue Mage)
-work on from there.

Currently I'm a Hume lvl 16 RDM (Red Mage) in the Bastok area waitng randomly to be recruited by a random party, hoping to play with till i at least make lvl 18.

It's been really difficult to be new and get a party.

I use Xbox Live (gamertag: Demon Cat Lord) to play, and I'm 19 years old, in case you guys are flimsy in terms of playing with children.

If anyone wants to help me, I'll be around.

Feeling like the first Newb in years, I wandered aimlessly doing the beginning training tutorial.

I have made a few friends already.

One of which has offered to be my~~~ how to say~~

teach sensai person guy.

he's been helping me level up buy Power-Leveling i think he called it.

we're working on training my white mage to i can use it as a sub job until i eventually get the combo
BLU/RDM thing going.

I'm looking forward to lvl 30 in BLU, that's when we're going to start really questing together. me him and his linkshell.

Needless to say tis game has become so much more enjoyable with peers.

i'm looking forward to becomeing -useful- and doing my best to not being the guy chosen merely becuase i was -available-

i'm still looking forward to having a separate party from the linkshell with my own lil clique.
maybe end up forming on with in the linkshell.
hoping for 2 or 3 mithras, cuz they are just beautiful.
and like most men you enjoy the company of woman.

*hides from any slapping woman in the vincinity*

more or less i want a team of not jerks, which is my ultamate goal.

the only goal i can think of to surpass that one would be to actually have a clan of my own.

Yesterday I made lvl 17 in Red mage and started training in white mage to use it as my sub job for now.

Going into not stop training with me sensai man guy going to get white mage to lvl 25, i beleive he said and then resuming game play as a RDM/WHT, until my dreams of BLU become virtual reality.
