twist my F%@#$%^&* ankle that is (at work) popping ibuprofen like skittles and icing it.its feeling a bit better then yesterday. I had to call in at work last night though.fortunately I`m off work tonight.

the only thing a doctor can tell you for an ankle sprain is "elevate it,ice it, take an antiinflamitory" only if i actualy broke it would seeing a dr make sense.if it doesnt feel better after a few days then i`d go

thanks it feels a little better then it did but i wouldn't be able to work tonight if i was scheduled. hopefully i wont have to miss another day but im not going to rush back if i have to use sick pay I will. I mean the last time I used a sick day was January 2000 so I think they shouldn't complain

I know. I just had to point out why if someone said that seriously why youd have to slap them down.pain is often natures way of telling you something is going wrong and to stop it.
