There's trouble a-brewin! I'd be excited to, I just don't think think they can capture that mystique and appeal of the first film. The origins of the alien are really what makes it so creepy and horrific. It's unfortunate, but with the AVP series they're really run both franchises into the ground. There's something that really makes me feel that this could turn out really bad. A sequel more than forty years after the fact...if done well could really be amazing.
