Finally got around to updating!
Holiday has been hectic among other IRL stuff. But I finally got around to making that explanation for my move. Here is the link to my new Weasyl account:
https://www.weasyl.com/profile/ganador
You will find the detailed explanation in my profile :)
It will simply say "why i have moved" ;)
From now on, any new peach fuzz content can only be found on that page. I will begin uploading within a week or two since I am busy with some mesh stuff this week!
Including "season one" of the x-rated peach fuzz films that I have been displaying only at Xanadu. Finally! X.x
And don't forget, I will be sharing a new video soon enough. more info on it on my Weasyl profile :)
Stay safe and have fun everyone! I hope all your holidays rocked!

The way this entire fiasco was handled was just really poor. I do not get involved in any sort of dramatics if I can avoid it, but I've seen how this whole thing unfolded and at first I was kind of divided on opinion as to how the whole situation was handled, but as it continued to escalate and I saw how the case changed, so did my mind.
The plain fact that this case was closed, resolved and put to bed I thought was the end of it. I figured a conclusion had been made, based on the site's TOS, and things were as they were. Then the case was re-opened, over and over again. Months after the fact, even. It was then resolved yet again, and things were copacetic. And then it was re-opened again. I can't quite recall how many more times it was or not, but the plain fact that it was marked as resolved by the administration, then continued to be re-opened even after it was deemed closed in accordance to the TOS by the administration does not instill confidence :/
I'll be honest; for the most part FA has treated me fair, well and I get along well with most of the staff. A lot of them are good people. But I have seen instances from friends of mine on how situations have been handled by other admin members that makes it quite obvious just how personally biased some of their decisions are. I will not divulge because it is not my business to do so but I get the feeling that a lot of the times it comes down to WHO's asking, WHO's handling it, and WHO's making the complaint and the rules bend around that to suit. For a site that is supposed to be neutral and a public space, that sort of ruling isn't professional. I understand FA is privately run out of the generosity of the time and resources of essentially dedicated volunteers, but if you want a site to be a fair ground for all, you can't bend rules like that.
Please understand that what I'm speaking to here is NOT my personal opinion on the situation, but rather on how the situation was handled by administration. Regardless of what I think of the people involved or how it was instigated, it doesn't change the fact that I don't think a case should be allowed to be closed, resolved, and put to bed... only to be re-opened several more times. I just think that's a bad call and does not lend confidence in how the site is handled at all. If this was happening to me, and I felt that anything I did could be challenged over and over just because someone else wanted to kick up a stink and had more influence to do so, I don't think I'd stick around either. I have been lessening my activity around here in part due to this sort of behavior.
TL;DR version: The way this case was ruled was not fair. Regardless of the content, the fact is you're not supposed to fully resolve and close a dispute, but then open it over and over again, months later, because the you were badgered into it. Then resolve and close it again. Then let it get reopened yet again and again. It doesn't matter what it's about or who is complaining or defending; what it's about is handling it properly, professionally, and without bias. I don't feel that happened here. That doesn't instill confidence in people to think that a publicly run site is subject to continually bending rules based on Who's Asking, and it makes me question a lot of how decisions are made.
PS. Apologies for rambling, instantaneous train of thought and all that. Just had to get this off my chest because it had to be said.
