Not an original question but: Pokémon or Digimon?

Ok, so I got Soul Silver recently, and I've been playing the crap out of it, and it made me wanna watch the show. Watching Pokémon also always makes me wanna watch Digimon. So the question is:
Which is the better SHOW, Pokémon or Digimon?
I'm not talking the games, because I think the answer to that is pretty obvious, and I'm not asking you which has the hotter 'mon, or even the cuter human characters if you're into that sort of thing. I mean which anime is more entertaining, has better plots, or is just plain more fun?
