Remember those oh-so-evil riots in Hamburg during this year's ASEM? Oh it was horrible. Dozens of police officers were injured by...their own teargas. Of course most news left out the "their own" part of the malicious teargas attack to fuel the image of the threat posed by imaginary militant anti-globalist terrorists which is supposed to scare you shitless, so that you don't mind Mr. Schäuble's unconstitutional acts against the people.
