Eh. All guys go through this dilemma. The way to snap him out of it is to make him stand in front of a mirror and make him look as fat as he can make himself. Then when he stops doing it he wont feel as fat.

I don't think I've ever been rated higher than 6 and some people think I'm sexy. The thing to be realized here is that the whole scale is borked. We can't all be tan with ripped abs and a babyface with icy blue eyes and boyish charm oozing out of every pore. Looks are a very small portion of the sum of a man.
