So. I've been listening to Pirate Party radio and it seems that many anti-piracy groups are trying to take ISPs to court for criminal actions because of actions perpetrated by the ISP's customers.

Does this mean it's going to be okay to take movie and music producers to court because of violent actions perpetrated by their customers again?
