Do what I do when I feel upset. Listen to something calming. I suggest Cavern of Remembrance from Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix. That song's helped me calm down quite a bit.

Take a break feel relax try and get everything back under control better you go off for a bit now to get everything under control then be gone for a really long time because you didn't. Good luck feel better.
