Art Is Who I Am

So I'm sure you guys have noticed that my approach to commissions is a little bit different.
That instead of asking, saying i'm open or treating it like a chore, I challenge and dare you all.
Aside from the fact I want to make this my livelihood and that I have car insurance due I will say this right now...
I.Love.To.Draw
Animation, story boarding, illustrating, you name it. Each commission I take on is a challenge and an opportunity to become even better than I was. It's practice for something I love to do and overall seek to achieve. Each commission and what I do is a step closer to the place I want to be.
I don't feel your commissions are a chore, while they are a business and I do have to discipline myself to get the image I want and what you want, it's also part of the process to make me better.
It's not just the furry fandom, it's art. Period.
I see this as the opportunity to practice my passion. So this is why I say this and will continue to.
BRING IT THE HELL ON!! I HAVE A WHOLE LOT MORE ARTING IN ME TO DO AND I'M NOT EVEN CLOSE TO DONE!!

Long story short I envy you and your ethic in so many ways ><
Don't be afraid to do what it is you need to do in your art, as well as what is necessary !
and I lub you
if only, if only i could tell you my ideas
i myself can never draw....mental problems....but writing and imagenation is definetly a strong point.
but i can afford comissions...
I think I confuse some artists sometimes with how.... broad a spectrum I give them. I like to say 'Hey. Here is my character and here are a few traits about him/her. What would -you- like to draw them doing?' When the artist can't give me an answer, I worry if my idea isn't stimulating enough to get them to want to draw. I'm very self conscious about that.
So which brings me to a bit of a question; when it comes to commissions do you prefer more, or less freedom?
