BeeDraw release 0.5
Just packaged up a new release of the open canvas replacement I've been working on. I've even got a basic windows installer for it available here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/beedraw/
It still has some bugs and not all features are implemented yet, but I figure I can show what I've got so far if anyone wants to check it out.
The source runs fine under Linux and I should be able to make it run under OSX, I just don't have a Mac to make an installer with.

sure, I haven't fixed every issue you pointed out last time, but all the windows should be raised above other applications when you click on one, and it now has cut, copy and paste. Paste works in network sessions, but you need to anchor a floating layer onto a real layer before it gets seen by anyone else.

o.o This is a very interesting idea. Especially since with windows 7, OC doesn't work D:

OP
I need to work on the Windows 7 support for BeeDraw a bit more, I'm still running Windows XP here so that's what I've been doing the Windows testing on right now. I do hope to fully replace the need for OC 1.1 some day though.

I hope it works out for you. :3 I know a lot of artists who would like to do something like Sai without having to use hamachi, and host with something other than seven.
