The "Controversial" Survey
[01] Do you have the guts to answer these questions and re-post as The Controversial Survey?
Sure, why not.
[02] Would you do Meth if it was legalized?
I've only had one kind of drug willingly, caffeine (ohai sodas). Other than that, I've never done drugs in my life and I sure as hell don't plan to.
[03] Abortion: for or against it?
For. I understand that one must love their child and treat it with utmost responsibility, but if the decision is open and the person felt like she's not ready or doesn't want it, why should she put up with it? What if it was rape? Would it be fair if she had to put up with it even if she never asked for nor wanted it?
[04] Do you think the world would fail with a female president?
Why would there be a president of the WORLD? Even if there is one, gender doesn't matter; it's the actions and the responsibility of the person that counts. I'm not a sexist bastard, unlike whoever thought using the word 'fail' in conjunction with the idea of a female leader would sound like a reasonable question.
[05] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
To get people to shut up about it already, sure. I've never done nor used marijuana, so it doesn't concern me. Besides, there's worse stuff to debate over.
[06] Are you for or against premarital sex?
I can't really say. It depends on how the person/people handle it. If they're willing, careful, reasonable, and mature enough to cope with the likely consequences (pregnancy, disease, internal conflict, etc.), by all means.
[07] Do you believe in God?
I can't say to this either, but I'm leaning more towards no. I could never really get into Christianity, not even as a child. I didn't feel the need to pray or anything like that, only because my parents told me to every now and then. Unlike my parents, I never heard any 'voices' nor saw any signs that are "supposed to guide me." That, and I heard of many other religions that cleared me of any thoughts of believing Christian practices were "the only way," as my parents would describe. There has also been a history of pressuring and rather concerning 'practices' that has happened in my household that has made me rather afraid, and I'm often seen as a "spiritual failure" when I voice my opinion on them. Does that make me insensitive for thinking like an individual, or sane? Honestly. :/
[08] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
I'd say so, really. It's not fair to those who have actually managed to get through the more legal way, but I suppose tough times can pressurize anybody to resort to rash actions. Still, that doesn't stop it from being illegal.
[09] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
Ehhhh... I dunno. There's so much responsibility to having a child and a preteen can only do so much, especially if he/she can't get a job or provide any sort of consolation and support on his/her own. That's a tough question to answer.
[10] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
Not interested in drinking alcoholic beverages. I prefer soda. Besides, there are other locations where the drinking age is different. It's not like your hometown will track you down and kill you.
[11] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
I'd like for it to be, yeah. There's no need for it to have been dragged on for so long, but it's not easy to just say "... Hey wait, guys, wait. This is stupid," drop your guns and pack on home after apologizing to the opposing country with a handshake either.
[12] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
Not really, especially if it's a request and it's sympathetic. If a person has gone through too much and literally can no longer take any more abuse or suffering, it's understandable at that point to just... have it all end. However, if it's a case of just being emotional, especially over the most trivial matters, then the person simply needs help.
[13] Do you believe in spanking your children?
I'll respond with aggression only if my hypothetical child is being hostile or out of control. Some kids don't listen to just raised voices and trying to cram logic into their heads; a little force or restraint could help reinforce it. But I'm not wholeheartedly for spanking. They need to learn first. Aggression is the final decision.
[14] Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
I'm not easily bought off with money. Besides, even if I were to do it, I don't trust it being kept secret. There's bound to be somebody who will find out, and I'd rather not be verbally pelted with countless amounts of insults and slander such as being "unpatriotic." The only time I'd really even THINK about considering it is if me or my family are in DIRE need of money. And I REALLY mean like last-resort-actions kind.
[15] Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers?
Let them judge; they'll just be intolerant. I never intend on shoving my views in others' faces, so there's no need to shove theirs in mine. Besides, everybody has the right to voice what they think, including myself.

Feel free to take this survey and... debate with me if you really want to. Remember, I don't mean any harm with how I think.
Sure, why not.
